Susan Cooley was fantastic. Answered all my questions as I was comparing lenders. After choosing them for my mortgage, Susan and her team really made the process feel very personal. That was greatly appreciated as I wasn't sure if a local company would be better for that. They really made me feel like my questions were a priority. I'm so happy I chose to work with Guaranteed Rate. I will definitely reach out to them in the future when rates drop (hopefully).

We was very appreciative of Susan’s service, she was respectful, and very fast with communication. Even with the lenders difficulties Susan was there to help get us where we needed to be. Will definitely recommend guaranteed rate to anyone in the market for purchasing a home!

Makes the homebuying process simple and stress-free, even for first-time buyers.

I reached out to 3 other lenders before inquiring about Rate, & I’m glad I did because it made me appreciate working with Ms. Susan Cooley so much more. Those other lenders made me feel like I wasn’t much of a priority & for me to be a first time home buyer, I wasn’t comfortable with them at all. Susan was very helpful, knowledgeable, extremely organized & provided me with a wealth of information on which loan would be best for me. I thought I did enough research, but there was so much I didn’t know, and Susan broke every detail down to me as much as possible. She was always available to answer all of my questions. Her communication was top tier!!! Even my realtor mentioned how impressed she was with how well she communicated. I could send her an email at 5:30p, & would get a response by 5:31p. I’m overall pleased with my experience working with Susan. 10/10 recommend, & would definitely work with her again in the future.

It was great working with Susan for my mortgage. She was clear, transparent and very responsive throughout the process. When I had an issue with my other mortgage provider Susan and Rate were able to move quickly that helped me close.
