Cary is absolutely the best ..this is my second purchase with him and as always he goes above and beyond . Talked me through the entire process as I needed a lot of hand holding . He made it feel like family and had by best interest at heart
Cary and his team were great to work with. I turned to Cary when I was having issues getting a deal done with other lenders. He stepped in and found a product that suited me and my situation perfectly. And he got me a better rate than other lenders had quoted me. They walked me through the process and were readily available anytime I had a question, whether it was during office hours or not. Cary was absolutely fantastic! You can tell he really cares. He was super responsive even after hours. and our loan wasn’t easy with a million moving pieces switching from a k1 to a w2. Highly recommend.

Cary did my loan, he is very detailed oriented so the loan went through without a problem . I have had other loans in the past and there were lots of times things didn't go so smooth . Cary gave me a list of items he would need so it took a lot less time to get it all together . In the past with other brokers they would ask for one thing and then another and then another slowing the process way down . Cary crosses all the Ts and dots all the Is he's a great broker will use him again . Thanks Cary for a great job helping me out . DK

I needed to refinance my home as I was going through a divorce. That in itself can complicate matters. Couple that with the fact I'm self-employed and I was having difficulty finding a lender that could get me refinanced under this complex set of circumstances. That was until I was put in contact with Cary. Not only did he have a solution for getting me approved with an alternative income-documentation program, but it also came with a fantastic rate. On the other hand, he was very experienced with divorce situations and knew how to navigate the legal, title, and recording issues one faces when separating real property in a divorce. Moreover, what truly set Cary apart other than his knowledge and experience was his ability to communicate with all parties, including my attorneys, my ex-wife's attorneys, and my ex-wife. It was here that Cary's professionalism came into play as it was a contentious and lengthy divorce. Everyone commented on how his communication with them was pleasant and efficient. He was able to come into a difficult situation and make sure all parties were being treated respectfully, while keeping the ball rolling towards a successful and on-time closing. Refinancing the home was the final piece of my divorce and was a huge relief. I truly believe if it were not for Cary's involvement it would have been resolved. I have personally known Cary and have used him for my home financing for many years. In addition, I have referred many friends and associates to him. I can't recommend Cary enough! As a first time home buyer, this entire process is very intimating. He was able to give us so much advise AND was able to save us money compared to other lenders. He and his team were reachable whenever we emailed or called. This allowed us to closed incredibly fast (a little over a week!) - we were told by other lenders that our timeframe was unattainable, but Cary and his team got it done!
