Tom's by far one of the best people I've ever worked with. Hes explains everthing and takes the time to make sure you truely understand! Can contact him anytime and always gets the answers fast. By far the best person to use for all loan needs.
I work with many lenders throughout my day/week/month/year and wanted to give praise where praise is due. Tom DuSell is by far one of the best lenders I have worked with on a transaction. He represented our buyers and was thorough, responsive, on time, no glitches, delivered what he promised and communicative throughout. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for lending assistance.
I've personally attended hundreds of closings and have never had a financed purchase close so quickly and efficiently. Tom anticipated every need from the onset and had exceptional communication throughout. Highly recommend!

Tom is absolutely amazing to work with! he is so attentive, moves quickly, and genuinely cares about his clients. this was our first time buying a home and Tom guided us through the entire process, referred us to various different parties that we needed to connect with, and made sure our questions were always answered. we would not have our new home if it weren’t for Tom!

Im not sure if this has to do with guaranteed rate but specifically tom DuSell was amazing anf hit the ball out of the park on this one , I was already familiar with rate and know the reputation of the company but it was really tom who made everything happen . I know the process keeps getting simplified in a way and rate was really good at this in my experience but tom gets all the credit on this . As first time buyers me and my wife I couldn’t be happier with the experience!

Tom is fantastic! I've worked with Tom for years and he is a great resource for my clients. This most recent deal, my clients had another lender that was changing the deal and making absurd claims, so I suggested they switch over to Tom and he was able to get the clear to close in 7 days - unbelievable. But not unbelievable for Tom - he cares about his clients, does not BS a situation, and gets the job done as quickly as possible. I only wish all of my clients would use Tom so there was one less thing for me to worry about! 100% recommend Tom for any mortgage needs!

Tom is excellent!! You can always reach him, he is knowledgeable and gives that personal attention that is lacking in our current society of impersonal emails! I have recommended him to family and will be using him personally.
