Working with Tim and his team was a genuinely great experience. As an escrow officer, I don't say that lightly, timing and communication can make or break a closing, and this team nailed both. Loan docs were out well ahead of our closing date, which gave everyone breathing room instead of the usual last-minute scramble. Tim was proactive at every step, following up before I even had to ask, and kept the whole team looped in and informed. If you're looking for a lender who treats deadlines as a starting point rather than a finish line, I'd recommend Tim without hesitation.

Tim was absolutely fantastic both as a broker and as a source of valuable information. He helped us find a workable loan and gave us advice for how to organize our finances to manage the horror of selling and buying property at the same time. He was also available for any questions we had (oftentimes responding within a few minutes even on weekends), making the process easy and non-stressful. Rate also helped us find the best homeowner's insurance policy by a country mile, though we had locked in with another provider beforehand.
