First time homeowner and working with Fred was as perfect as one would hope for their experience. He was available any time we had questions or concerns and addressed them quickly, easily putting anxieties to rest. When there was something we needed more elaboration on, he was eager to explain and teach us about various steps of the process. Highly recommend working with Guaranteed Rate!
