Richard is the man. I am admittedly no finance/ accounting guru, so having someone I can trust with all the numbers is key. Richard is one of those guys. Richard helped me secure financing of my first property, which I just closed on last week. I didnt know the first thing about how to buy a house, or how to get financing, but having him on my side made things feel well under control. Every step of the way I felt like I had a pro on my team. In the 4 or 5 months I was working with him he didn't so much as miss a call from me. He was able to educate me on the next step, at every step. When it came time to look at different financing options, Richard was was able to share live spreadsheets with me, and change any variable to ensure i decided on an option that works best for me. Looking at that spreadsheet alone would have been incredibly daunting, without someone like him to spell everything out for me. I dont write many reviews. I didn't hesitate to write this one. I was fortunate enough to link with Richard through a trusted friend, and I want to pass that luck along to you. If you're looking for a mortgage and finance pro, shoot Richard a call.
