Mrs. Nelda is extremely professional, dependable, and always accessible. Anytime you call or send her a text, she makes herself available and responds promptly. Her excellent communication and willingness to help really set her apart. It’s a pleasure working with someone who takes such pride in providing outstanding customer service.

Mrs Nelda was the absolute best! She never got mad or aggravated with me, I also asked a bunch of questions. She knew we didn’t know much about it and took her time to explain the process and made it super easy for us! Very thankful and blessed that we had her! Going into this process, we didn’t know anything and didn’t even expect we would be able to buy a home and thanks to her and Rate, we now have our dream home! Definitely will use her again if we decide to buy another home!

Nelda at Rate was an absolute delight to work with. She was incredibly prompt in responding to our inquiries and even went above and beyond to work into the evening to assist us. Not only was Nelda exceptional, but Rate also efficiently completed our refinancing process. Initially, we had set a closing date of 30 days, but thanks to Rate’s efforts, we managed to close in just 15 days! I wholeheartedly recommend Rate for any mortgage-related needs.

Exceptional customer service
Nelda was amazing she was always there not matter what time of day we had a question. She was very helpful through the process. she anwsered any question we had no and gave us advice on what we should do considering we have not bought a home since 2003 and a lot of things have changed.
