I cannot say enough good things about my recent experience with Rate the Rate Team. From day one, they were incredibly proactive, anticipating our needs and catching little details before we even had to ask. The communication was flawless; they were always accessible—no matter when I reached out with a panicked question, they were quick to respond, completely on top of things, and immediately put my mind at ease. It truly felt like they were always one step ahead of the process. What really stood out to us, though, was the level of care. Working with Mike Tevani (NMLS#327918) at Guaranteed Rate was an exceptional experience. Tavani knows his stuff, is a great communicator and makes the overall process seamless. I felt like he fought for us every step of the way and helped us secure the best possible rate across multiple lenders - they beat out 3 other lenders. Tavani is a total pro and I cannot recommend him enough if you want to, in his words “rock and roll”, and bust through the finish line with ease! Cheers.

My husband and I have worked with Mike twice in the last five years, and it’s been a great experience start to finish both times. The process of home-buying and securing a loan is super overwhelming, but Mike and his team kept us organized/on track, and were super responsive to jump on the phone and answer all of our questions. Excellent experience from beginning to end. Mike Tavani is fabulous. Most competitive rate. And a supportive team.

Our agent was friendly and genuinely wanted to help us better understand the entire process. Also, signing paperwork is hell, but Rate's interface and portal made it VERY easy.

I am happy with the service and results, but I did not actively compare rate with other providers
