Trish was great! There were concepts I wasn’t at all familiar with - I didn’t even know about asking for seller credits, let alone buying points off my interest rate, comparing the minimum down payment needed to what things would look like if i put down more, etc. She walked me through it in a way a novice could understand , was super responsive and now I have a cool house that I can afford.
