There are simply not enough words to fully express my appreciation for everything Art did to help get this deal to the closing table. I know I can be a handful at times, but Art remained professional, responsive to every question and concern, and went above and beyond in ways I know many other lenders wouldn’t. Art is truly a treasure. Saying I’d refer family and friends to him doesn’t even begin to cover it. If you’re thinking about buying your first home or an investment property, having Art on your side is an incredible advantage.

Art was absolutely amazing to work with! From start to finish, he made the entire mortgage process smooth and stress-free. He was patient, thorough, and always took the time to explain everything in detail so I felt confident with every step. The best lender I have ever encountered. I have shopped around for lenders a lot and after vetting around 20 lenders, Art is the best by a huge margin! Art has held my hand through the entire house-buying process. He was very thorough and extremely knowledgeable when answering the many questions that I had. My buyer's agent was relatively new and was not as knowledgeable - Art picked up where my realtor left off and did it incredibly! Art was my lender twice - the first time, the deal fell through but throughout the entire process, he was giving me non-biased advice. It was very clear that he did not see me as the source of his next paycheck. My experience with him the first time made him the first candidate as a lender for when I tried again the second time a couple years later. And even after shopping around for more lenders the second time, no one beat the experience and knowledge that Art brought to the table. A big factor for me as well is communication and availability. He was available whenever I needed him and even when he was busy, he'd keep me updated. As a first time homeowner, his presence on my team brought me the comfort and ease that I needed when buying a home for the first time. Because of him I was able to take that leap of faith to become a homeowner. I cannot overstate how much he has helped me. Honestly, I can say that if he had not been my lender, there was a good chance my loan would not have closed due to the complications that occurred that he was able to graciously navigate through. If I could rate him 100000/5, I would.
