Zach Sullivan and his team were amazing. For those who don't want to read all the awesome things about Zach and his team at CityWide the short review is WE RECOMMEND 100% that you work with Zach and team. They will be your guiding light and know their stuff inside and out. As someone who was really unsure about the process of buying a home for the first time and if it was even a option for us, Zach every step of the way made us feel confident in our ability to complete the process and was our guiding light throughout the entire process. He listened to our needs, understood our budge and found us a solution that gave us more options than we thought we had available. Not only was Zach able to help us figure out various options, he was able to understand our situation and help us find a solution that was one we were comfortable with. If it was not for Zach we are not even sure we would be home owners now but because of him, his expertise, kindness, and general amazingness what we once thought was a just a dream is now our reality. Zach and his team are top notch and he worked well with all others involved in this process. He was there anytime we needed him regardless of what time of day we had a question come up. In the future we will only work with Zach and his team at City Wide Home Mortgage. Rachel Brandenburg who worked with us along side Zach to get through all the documents and underwriting process was also amazing and helpful and gave us clear directions on what was needed, if we missed something and guided us to a quick and easy loan clearing process. Zach- From the bottom of our hearts THANK YOU! You truly made our dreams and reality and have given our young children a gift we had always hoped we would be able to provide to them.

Zach and his team are amazing, kept us in the loop the whole time. and was there for any questions we had, and we had a lot.
