Mike and his team were incredible to work with. We started the process knowing next to nothing, and Mike and his team clearly, and patiently, walked us through every step of the process. They worked incredibly quickly and efficiently, but never did it feel like it was out of our control. Their communication is top notch. Truly grateful for everything Mike and his team did for us and would absolutely use them again!

The communication is very good, almost too good, as I had to fulfill a request twice for paperwork. Michael Biscoff was on top of it all the way through and gave me great advice. It's the paperwork that drives you batty....

If you’re securing a mortgage and not using Mike Bischof, you are absolutely doing it wrong. In such a challenging purchasing environment, we likely wouldn’t have ended up with our home had it not been for Mike’s guidance, acumen, and speed. Our family is incredibly grateful for Mike’s effort and I know yours will be as well.
Response from Owner
