Alan was, in a word, indispensable. As a first time homebuyer, I was in the dark about a lot of the process. Alan explained each step of the process, laid out every option and their pros and cons, and was in constant communication throughout the entire process. He completed closing in 10 days and was my go-between for the entire process. In addition to all of the professionalism and competence, Alan also happens to be an eminently jovial lad. Many of our phone conversations ended up lasting a little longer than the exchange of information as we shared some laughs and great conversation. If you need a friend to help you through a homebuying process efficiently and knowledgeably, there is no better choice.

Allan is the absolute best in the business! He makes buying a home pleasant and as easy as possible. We have worked with him to purchase our last two homes, and would not hesitate to work with him again. Our moves were time sensitive, necessary (because of job changes) and stressful as we have a household of 6 and pets! He made the entire process easy and communicated with us regularly. Not only is he good at his job, but he is just a good person too!

We came to USA in Jan 2023 and didn’t expect to buy a home for at least few years, however Alan was honest with his recommendations and adviced to buy ASAP, as rates being high means less competition. He was definitely not wrong so we decided to go ahead with it and the sellers accepted our offer on Thanksgiving day. Alan's professionalism exceeded the expectations, he acted fast by doing a video to Listing Agent which promised quick close. Also, Alan recommended doing the PowerBid Plus Pre-Approval, which meant that the Underwriter review all your documents before you made the offer and this Underwriters Pre-Approval strengthened our offer. Not to mention, Alan was available all the time and even arranged a face to face meeting with us when we had extra questions. During Christmas time when he was overseas with his family, he was still coordinating the closing and made sure everything went seamlessly. We were lucky to have found Alan and we send our most highest recommendations!

Alan was an outstanding resource. He is profoundly knowledgeable about the market, is clued in to absolutely everything that is going on, and goes above and beyond to keep you from being surprised. He also stayed on the job and helped me in dropping my interest rate pretty much as close to closing as was possible. This type of thing isn't always doable, and I wasn't expecting it, but he is relentless. Alan advocates, communicates and walks you through how every thing can go so you have a comfort level with what can be a stressful experience. Would highly recommend Guaranteed Rate, but specifically Alan for sure. He made this super easy to manage.
