Elizabeth was an excellent lender to work with throughout the entire home buying process. She was extremely responsive and knowledgeable—I could call or text her at almost any time and she always got back to me quickly. She took the time to clearly explain my options, help strategize the best interest rate, and walk through different loan structures without overcomplicating things. As a first-time homebuyer (and someone in sales), I wanted an informative, transparent lender—not someone pushing decisions around points or rates without proper context. Elizabeth was exactly that. She was completely transparent with fees, answered every question I had about her quotes, and never made me feel rushed. Her fees also ended up being the lowest out of every lender I shopped. What really stood out was that she never pressured me to submit an application early just to “lock me in.” She didn’t run a hard credit pull until the end and made sure everything made sense before moving forward. Most importantly, Elizabeth is someone you can trust and genuinely cares. She was proactive throughout the process and continued to check in even after closing. I’d absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, straightforward lender.
