From the very beginning, Carley demonstrated what it means to be a true professional. Carley Smith at Certainty Home Lending is an absolute rockstar. In what had to be one of the more complex transactions I’ve needed help with, Carley simultaneously coordinated three separate loans — a primary purchase mortgage, an investment property HELOC, and a primary residence HELOC — each with their own unique timelines, requirements, and moving parts. She managed all of it with remarkable clarity and responsiveness, never dropping a ball. Her ability to run parallel processes allowed us to close ahead of schedule in a 21 day escrow, which was critical given our timeline. When I had questions — and I had many — she always responded quickly and with straight answers. If you have a straightforward transaction Carley will make it effortless. If you have a complicated one like mine, she’ll make you feel like it’s effortless. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

Recently me and my husband went on the home buying experience . My husband works in the daytime and is often out of town leaving most of the house hunting and paperwork to me . This is an extremely stressful process to go thru for anyone nowadays . Carley and her team made it very comfortable and walked me thru every step having a great amount of patience with me .
