Ken Cox and his team were a pleasure to work with. They made the whole process feel quick easy and less stressful. Everyone was friendly, very helpful and quick to respond to calls and texts. 10/10 would recommend to a friend or anyone looking to buy a house.

Easy to work with. Very knowledgeable with the process of acquiring a home loan. Great communication with the applicant. Provided the education that was helpful with my decision making. Very grateful for the experience.

I believe the process was very smooth especially for first time homebuyers. I wish we were able to talk about everything more though.

Ken Cox and Maryanne has to be the most informative, professional, and kind person that I ever had the opportunity to work with. If you are a active duty soldier or veteran, this is the only person you should go to for help buying a home.

Being a retired disabled veteran and a mom is hard on a disability income. I didn’t think I would ever be able to provide my boys with a permanent home. Thy most professional and helpful group to work with. Throughout the entire process everyone has been transparent and punctual. Keeping myself and my wife in the loop on everything. The absolute best lender around. You’re not just a client for him you are family. I’m greatful for everything him and his family/staff did for us. With a baby on the way and cross country move we had paper work and close done less then 30 days
