Jordan Jackson is the person you want to help you with your loan to buy a house! She was so kind and walked us through each step of our first home loan. Her and her team made the process so seamless. Amazing communicators with lots of check ins throughout the process. We got our home and car insurance through Rate too and that was a great experience!

Jordan and her team at Rate are absolutely the best. My wife and I just finished our 2 year home search, and Jordan was a big reason we were able to settle on time. With a pretty short window to close (2.5 weeks), Jordan made sure we had our financial ducks in a row and were on top of everything we needed to do so her team could approve the loan. They were great to work with, had very open lines of communication so we knew what we had to provide or prep for, and made the whole process easier than we ever expected. Can't recommend Jordan Jackson enough!

Loved my experience with Jordan! Not only is she incredibly insightful, she is exceedingly flexible! She’s a hard worker and thorough. We rarely had much stress once we started using Mrs. Jordan for our VA Loan! 10/10 recommend especially for a small, young family, that might need more flexibility.

Friendly, easy to work with, and most importantly offered a great rate! Would have been a 10 but had difficulty getting some of our documents cleared and I didn’t feel there was clear communication about exactly what was needed. (Specifically state tax return paperwork took 3 attempts)

I am blown away by the excellent service with Jordan Jackson and her team at Rate. I’ve had many experiences with mortgage lenders but this was above and beyond. I purchased new construction with affordability covenants, which added complexity and extended the timeline, and Jordan guided me every step of the way—advising on when to lock my rate, consistently checking in with the developers and the city, making sure I was fully prepared for closing, and carefully reviewing every document I signed to ensure accuracy. Beyond that, she made the experience personal. She treated me like a friend rather than just another client, which truly confirmed that she always had my best interests in mind. Flawless quality of work and extreme professionalism. Words cant describe the feeling of the ease in the experience I had during the expected 30 day process involved in buying a home. I gave a bit of pressure to Jordan due to an offer that was under a time constraint, despite this she went above and beyond and was able to get me approved just shy of within 15 days. (I understand this is case by case and can't be expected for each approval). This was my first time buying a home and she couldn't have been better with her steadfast replies and cooperation, I will go back to her without hesitation for future inquiries should any arise

I would rate Jordan Jackson and Guaranteed Rate 10 stars if I could. Jordan’s knowledge and insight were invaluable to us as first-time buyers. Before we had even made offers, she followed up with us when market conditions changed and offered guidance. Jordan was very accessible throughout the entire process, making sure to answer all of our many questions, often times after typical business hours. Bottom line, after comparing multiple lenders we saw that rates and fees were competitive. We went with Jordan because of her customer service and her confidence in being able to get us to the closing table on our contracted date. She delivered and we are happy homeowners.
Jordan Jackson and her team are phenomenal. They took excellent care of me and my family during our first home purchase, making the entire process smooth and quick. As a local lender, they treated us like people rather than just numbers, unlike the experience I've had with Navy Federal and USAA. As an active duty member using the VA loan, I highly recommend them over those other banks any day. They are always available, responsive, and happily keep you in the know about the entire process.
