To start, I had a complicated situation. While being disappointed after working with someone else who assured me that they could assist me (due to matters beyond the individuals control), the person was unable to fulfill what was promised. After getting the bad news, I reached out to a dear friend who referred me to KJ @ RATE. He and his team worked diligently to take care of my immediate needs and did so professionally and timely, keeping me informed of each step from start to finish. When I tell you, KJ did in less than 1 month what someone couldn't do in 2+ months. "It's getting the simple things done first that matters." To say the least, I am satisfied and not stressed anymore. I can breathe again. Also, the RATE app made it easy for me to navigate.
