From start to finish, Mina and her team were efficient, quick, reassuring and just as great as it gets. She gave me options on how to structure my loan in a way that worked best for me and was always helpful. I would recommended her to anyone looking for a home loan.
I have had the pleasure of working with Mina over the last five plus years. She is one of the best lenders I have worked with. Mina takes an education approach to lending so her customers are always well informed of their lending options. Whether the borrower is a first time homebuyer or looking at a Jumbo loan, Mina is able to fit them into a program that best meets their financial goals. If someone is looking to purchase a home in the Los Angeles area, I would highly recommend her services.

Mina is the best! She really goes above and beyond and is an excellent loan officer! We appreciated how patient she was with us throughout the whole process. We had the best experience partnering with Mina! In securing a loan for our first home, Mina went above and beyond to provide us with all the of the important details that we would need to know. She had a live call with us, in which she shared details on how the process works, as well as how we could secure the best loan rate for our situation. I was impressed with her work ethnic, passion, and attention to detail. In addition, Mina is proactive with communication and ensures that her team is honest and expeditious through escrow. What more can I say that others have not? Great communicator, educator and kind. She was recommended to us by our agent Marcus and she went above and beyond our expectations. She explained in detail the process and how their team's efficiency in closing which I strongly believe factored in to why seller went with our offer. Of course I will not leave out that she gave us best rate. While I worry about fluctuating rates, she quoted us better rate than any other people I know who recently bought their homes. If the prediction and studies are correct and rates will continue hover around 6% in few years (according to 10 yr treasury yield + other factors) then we are in very good shape and that is a BIG thanks to Mina.

Mina is a top-rate professional, and we were lucky to be working with her during our home purchase experience. Tremendously knowledgeable and experienced, she is able to anticipate what pitfalls and questions buyers will encounter during the process and educate with tremendous precision and patience. Mina is also extremely responsive, I'm not exactly sure when she sleeps; but her response time was one of the reasons why we selected her in the first place, and I will never work with another lender again. Mina was referred by our real estate agent and immediately set up a phone call with us to make introductions and explain the process of obtaining our first mortgage. Mina was a proactive communicator who consistently reached out to set up check in calls to make sure we stayed on track. In these calls, she educated us on how mortgages are structured, what factors influence rates, as well as which elements we as buyers could control to reduce our rate. In this regard, we felt that she went above and beyond what a normal lender would do and because of it we felt more confident that we were making an informed decision. Mina guided us through all steps of the loan process especially when we made our first offer and she recommended terms that made our offer more competitive. She also took the time to run multiple scenarios for us during the escrow period to ensure we hit our down and monthly payment targets. All in all, we can confidently say that we would’ve been lost without her and would 10/10 work with her again as well as recommend her to our friends and families!
