I spent so much time talking to many different Loan Officers, probably over a dozen, only to realize that they weren’t the perfect suit for me. One day, a realtor reached out to me and after explaining to him my situation, he referred me over to Eric. During the first 10 minutes of our conversation I already felt that he was the perfect Loan Officer for me. He was very responsive no matter the time or day. He answered any and every single question I had and always helped ease my stress throughout the whole process. When he says I got you, he truly means it! Eric made what I thought was impossible Possible. He made our dream of becoming a Home Owner come true! Eric does a fantastic job getting people the mortgage that best fits their needs. As a Realtor, I want to know that when I am recommending a mortgage professional they will get the job done while taking great care of my clients. Eric does that and more. I know when my clients are making an offer, financing is not a concern with Eric. I trust my business to Eric so much that I used him with my personal home purchase and the process went great.

Eric was extremely helpful in doing a refinance on one home as well as a purchase loan on another property. His knowledge of laws and regulations was tremendously helpful through out this sometimes stressful process.I would not hesitate to recommend Eric to my friends and family.

Used Eric over the past several years and always got it done! He has handled purchase loans and re fi's for me and several other friends and family. Easy to deal with, very responsive, great person.

When I was purchasing my home, Eric helped me clean up my credit so I would qualify for my loan. He had all the paper work I needed prior to the banks asking for the information. He was extremely knowledgeable and since then I have referred him to several other friends and family members who I know he has helped as well.

When I heard the rates were going down as we got into the pandemic, I initially thought I would ignore the savings a refinance would provide for me because the loan process is notorious for being painful and drawn out. Not only am I saving a pretty decent amount of money each month, but I achieved this by using Eric. Our home buying experience began a little over a year ago when my fiance and I began the process of purchasing our first home. We searched high and low until we fell in love with a home located in close proximity to our families. After falling in love with it, we learned that the property was a foreclosure and required a REO loan format that our initial lender did not provide. Our realtor, who was also a godsend, recommended Eric as a person who could put us in the right direction. We messaged Eric for the first time late at night and much to our surprise he responded almost immediately. This work ethic and attitude was just the beginning of our exceptional experience with him. He continually amazed us with his desire to keep us motivated, positive, and informed of our current standing in the loan process. He attended a walk through with our contractor to provide valuable input on what may be required from a lenders standpoint and was readily available to answer any and ALL questions that popped into our heads. As the time to close came closer, Eric explained in layman's terms what was going to happen and what we should expect from the lending company. With our loan there were plenty of ups and downs, but Eric always found a solution and kept the sailing smooth. Throughout the whole process Eric has really become a friend and we would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a lender.
