Dane Taylorson is by far the best leader that we ever did business with. This is our 3 purchase of buy a house, out of all 3 leaders Dane is a 10 plus. Dane made the process very stress free. He help us from start to finish. He never once made us feel like we were asking to many questions or calling him to much. Dane explained so much to us about the rates, cost, and what was affordable, what was needed to purchase and so much more. Dane's availability is on point. He was never hard to reach no matter when we called and always answered with so much joy that made us feel comfortable. We will definitely recommended Dane to all of our family and friends. Mr. Taylorson was very helpful explaining the financial aspects and break even points in a way that even I could understand. Refinancing a home is not something I understand very well but he helped me get a good deal that will allow me to pay off my home even sooner than I thought previously.

Dane is an incredible loan officer, and very knowledgeable of the home buying process and refinancing process. I used him to purchase my home in 2024 and then again at the end of 2025 to refinance. Dane did an excellent job advising me on how to proceed with my home loan and getting it reviewed and approved. He was extremely communicative and responsive throughout the loan process and was always happy to answer any questions I had along the way. My closing got slightly delayed due to circumstances outside of Dane’s control, but he got the issue resolved and I closed on my new home today thanks to his valuable assistance!
